Shyla Stylez was born 23 September 1982 in Armstrong, British Columbia, Canada. She's of German heritage. Shyla grew in a small town in British Columbia. Shyla Stylez first became interested in a career in porn when she was a teenager. Shyla started out in the adult industry doing nude photo shoots and live web-cam shows on adult websites as well as worked as a stripper. Shyla Stylez eventually moved to Los Angeles, California to further pursue her career and was formally introduced to the adult film industry by Erik Everhard. Shyla Stylez did her first hardcore movie at age eighteen in 2000 for the top company Anabolic Video.
